On the 23rd July the consortium met in Salzburg at the ICT&S Center of the University of Salzburg to kick-off the project and start working. During the first day the main goals and future achievements within the project were discussed and the partners introduced themselves and their organizations. The social event in the evening started with a walk trough Salzburg to see the main sights and hear some anecdotes. The evening faded out with a nice dinner at the Stadtalm that offers a panoramic view over Salzburg.
On the 24th July the different workpackages were discussed in the consortium and the next steps for the upcoming month agreed on. The whole meeting was very productive and after the two days all the partners were motivated to start working on the project.
The project is coordinated by the ICT&S Center der University of Salzburg (Austria). End-user organizations are CURAVIVA Verband Heime und Institutionen from Switzerland, Verein für Menschen mit Körperbehinderung Nürnberg e.V. from Germany und die EURAG from Austria. Technical partners are University of St. Gallen from Switzerland, Institut für Rundfunktechnik GmbH from Germany, Hövener & Trapp Evision GmbH from Germany, Ingenieria y Soluciones Informaticas del Sur, S.L. from Spain and the computer science department of the University of Salzburg from Austria.
