On the 24th and 25th of March 2014 the second consortium meeting of the GeTVivid project took place in Seville. The central goal of the second GeTVivid project meeting was to provide an overview of all ongoing activities in the project, as well as to discuss open issues. At the meeting an overview of the results of the requirements analysis was presented and the two developed Personas Anna and Frank were introduced. The personas should now guide the development of the system. During the meeting, the scrum user stories for the development of the system were discussed as well as first user interface design sketches. For the first sprint two user stories were selected and reviewed in more detail to start with the implementation. Furthermore, first insights from the business requirements analyses were presented and two business cases were selected that should be investigated in more detail in the upcoming months. The social event in the evening started with a guided walk through Seville to see the main sights. The evening faded out with a nice dinner and traditional Spanish food.
The following project partners were represented at the meeting, i.e. Christiane Moser from the ICT&S Center and Christoph Ortner from the Computer Science Department of the University of Salzburg (Austria), Philipp Osl and Manuel Eisele from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), Fabian Schiller from the Institut für Rundfunktechnik GmbH (Germany), Micheal Eitelberg and Christoph Begall from Hövener & Trapp Evision GmbH (Germany), Victor Sanchez, Salvador, Rivas Gil, Alejandro Garcia, Anna Palailogk and some more colleageus from Ingenieria y Soluciones Informaticas del Sur, S.L. (Spain), who hosted the meeting in Seville. From the end-user organizations Eveline Hirsbrunner from CURAVIVA Verband Heime und Institutionen (Switzerland) and Eva Reithner from EURAG (Austria) participated.
